Here's an update on my life so I can stop repeating myself to y'all:
Sarah dumped me a couple of days before we were supposed to move into our new place on Hawthorne. So I moved in by myself. It's a sweet pad, so I can bare the $700 a month its gonna cost me. I don't care to get into the details of what happened between us, but we'll still be good friends, it's just that we were in a rut that neither of us knew how to get out of. I'm doing okay adjusting to it all. I'm tired of being fed half-assed inspirational quotes that I've already heard a million times before, so please save your breath. Also DO NOT give me any anti-Sarah shit because I'll just kind of hate you a bit more if you do.
I'd like to thank the Clipse mixtape We Got It For Cheap, vol. 2 for making me feel a lot better.
Oh also if you need a place to crash in Portland, let me know. I have like 3 extra places to sleep.

It's a great feeling to hold a book you helped create. I'm so completely honored and proud to have been part of the process of getting the book 12 Reasons Why I Love Her out there (I lettered the thing, and I guess I did a good job?). Everybody did an amazing job on this book. I feel it's Jamie's best work to date, and Joelle is going to kill comics soon. Rah rah.
I feel like I'm not that productive outside of work anymore, and I hate it when I have to take days off of work because my gums won't stop bleeding or I'm hilariously underslept or my arthritis is forcing me to lay in bed like a turd. I have all of this power and urge and drive inside, but absolutely no idea how to put it all out there. I used to love to draw, but now I'm so constantly unsatisfied with every pen mark I throw on paper that it's just flat out depressing. But as far as that goes, I've always had a spotty artistic track record. Liebrecht wants me to do some pieces for an "anti-Walmart" gallery thing he's putting together, so at least I have time for that.
Okami is the most beautiful video game ever made. Play it at your earliest convenience.
I never ever want to write in this thing, because I don't really care to ramble on and on like this to you and I'd rather post shit to make you LOL. I love to LOL. I spend a lot of time doing it.
I wish things were that easy for everybody. Just go out and be fun? I dunno. Go see Jackass 2 because it is funny, and don't say "no" because you have a problem with "people acting like idiots and making money off of it". I'd pay you $8.50 to watch you punch a bear trap, but you won't and Johnny Knoxville will so just shut up. Crank is also a very good movie if you like to laugh, so there's that too. Sure it's "racist (sure 90% of the people shot in the movie are minorities, but you'd be bitching if it only starred white people), sexist (apparently showing people having sex in public makes you sexist now), blah blah blah" if you think about it and take it that way but I think its healthier to just throw all of that shit out there and fucking laugh about it than it is to have a problem and let it get in your way of having a good time and making connections. But that's slightly hypocritical of me to say, so whatever.
And what's up with the news? I can't even watch CNN anymore? Does every sentence and every headline have to have a question mark on the end? Why isn't Bill O'Reilly dead? Did anybody see Bill Clinton fuck up that dude on Fox News? Wasn't that shit awesome? Don't you all miss the Clint? Do all of you former naysayers feel horribly guilty for giving the guy a bunch of 'tude because he got chopped up in his office from a plumper? Do you? And why does Hillary have to suck so bad? A lot of people say she'd be great to run the country, but are people just saying that because she shares the same last name as Bill? I think so?
Basically I am becoming more and more disgusted with this ugly society with every passing day.
But I am in such hard unprecedented love that none of these issues really matter to me at all. I already feel better just thinking about her, and now I'm gonna go visit her at work.
